I think prices are decent. Regular rolls are 50% off and special rolls are 30% off. Friday nights are my nights to enjoy an evening with my husband. Well, we sat down and both of us decided to order hot tea. Well, when our tea arrived if was lukewarm well more like closer to cold as possible. First disappointment.
Second disappointed, was that with my hubby's meal a miso soup was included. Well, Miso soup was cold too.
Now we had cold teas and a cold miso soup. I waved at our waitress who looked very busy and I brought the fact that both of our tea and miso was cold. She said she would get us hot tea and soup, she was very apologetic by saying I'm sorry we are so busy right now. Don't take me wrong they were all very nice people there. Well by this point, I was a little hesitate to order rolls. My husband decided to order an bento box with katsu udon and I ordered rainbow and spice tuna. It was good , but I'm used to going to Tokyo sushi at El Cajon Blvd. not sure if I will come back again but their price was reasonable. -

Went here for Father's Day and it wasn't that packed. They took our order and it was about a 20 minute wait. They have two or so TV's for sports.
Food was sub par; wasn't the greatest, but I've also had worse. Got the terriyaki salmon with a california roll and the sauce was a little weird on the salmon. Very sweet so it kind of overdosed things. -

I love coming here for sushi and sashimi! The sashimi is actually very fresh and tasty. They're rolls are delicious and they usually offer a discount on most of their rolls.
The restaurant is clean, the tables are almost never sticky, and the atmosphere is very casual! The salmon skin classic rolls are delicious! And well worth the price.
Our other favorite is the tempura roll with the soy paper around the outside. The hours are convenient and they're usually pretty busy but the wait is almost never as long as you think it would be.
The wasabi is perfect! I love coming here! Especially since I don't have to break my wallet for pretty good sushi. -

In my opinion, this is one of the most underrated sushi places in San Diego! I have never been disappointed when coming here especially because most of the rolls are 30-50% off. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow because it gets crowded inside the restaurant quick, but the sushi has never disappointed. My favorite roll to get is the California Beach roll, which is a baked roll with seafood goodness on top! It takes a bit to prepare though so I would order it before all of your other sushi so it comes out around the same time as the rest of the rolls. We always order around 5 rolls and it fills two people up perfectly and rarely have any to take home, which is the perfect amount. I have never had a bad experience while coming here, and the prices make this place worth while! 5 rolls for around $40 is such a steal. I have never gotten a bento box from here, but will definitely get one the next time I eat here because they looked amazing with a ton of food!

I'm super glad I found this place, they have a big selection of rolls and are the least expensive sushi place I've been to. Food is Always awesome, and their service is very attentive. They always have the 30% and 50% special, but it's still a nice touch, I probably go here more than I should, but it's hard to stay away!
